Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Blu Ribbon Hospitality collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Blu Ribbon Hospitality is the data fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website, and is responsible for deciding how it is used.
You can reach us at enquiries@bluribbonhospitality.com, or by phone on +91 98186 85045.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter, the interest you select, any preferred contact time you give us, and your consent to be contacted.
We also record how you arrived at the site: the campaign parameters in the link you followed (source, medium, campaign, term and content) and the referring website, where your browser provides one. This is stored in your browser for the duration of your visit so it can be attached to your enquiry.
We do not ask for financial information, identity documents, or any of the sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not send them to us through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry about Sandal Suites Shirdi — to send you the project brochure, to arrange a presentation, and to answer questions you raise.
To understand which campaigns bring genuine enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Consent, and withdrawing it
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form. That box is never pre-ticked, and the form cannot be submitted without it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing enquiries@bluribbonhospitality.com. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent was. It does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew, and we will stop contacting you about this project once you do.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is shared with Assotech Realty, our development partner on this project, so that the sales desk can respond to you. Both organisations hold a copy.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions: Supabase, which hosts the database your enquiry is stored in, and Resend, which delivers the notification and reply emails.
We may disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about the project, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer questions about what was discussed.
Where you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete it unless we are required to keep it to comply with a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate; ask us to erase it; and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
To exercise any of these rights, write to enquiries@bluribbonhospitality.com. We will respond within the period the law allows.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance officer at enquiries@bluribbonhospitality.com and we will address it directly.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not currently run third-party analytics.
It does store the campaign parameters described above in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It is used only to attach a source to an enquiry you choose to send.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before doing so.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed. This version is dated 30 July 2026.
